The petitioner is apprehending his arest in connection with Rampur P.S.case No.208 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of taking money of Rs.80,000/- for executing sale-deed but the same has not been executed.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has already returned Rs.60,000/- in installments and only Rs.20,000/- has been made with him and which he is ready to deposit in two installments.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.12914 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be enlarged on provisional bail to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S.Case No.208 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a condition that he will deposit Rs.20,000/- in two installments within a period of two months from the date of surrender, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
