The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., this petitioner inflicted iron rod blow upon the head of informant, as a result of which, he sustained grievous injury.

Petitioner has got criminal antecedent also and he is accused in four more cases, as stated by learned counsel for the informant.

Considering the nature of injury and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
