The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner was found taking attempt to ravish the daughter of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 4.12.2014 the FIR was registered on 6.12.2014. It is further submitted that even assuming the accusation no case under sections 376/511 IPC is made out and the informant retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56236 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 199 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
