ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 This application is filed for modification of the order 19.08.2016 dated passed in Cr. Misc. No.23756 of 2016. Mr. Mohit Kumar No. 5 appears in the present case. He submits that due to certain unusual circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender and prays for a further indulgence of six weks so that he may be able to surrender in the Court below. He thus, seeks modification of the said order.

For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed for surrender in the present case be extended by a further period of six weeks from today so as to enable the petitioner to surrender in the Court below.

It is made clear that if he does not surrender within the aforesaid time, the earlier order passed shall stand withdrawn. With the aforementioned modification, the case stands
