The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15930 of 2019 on 14.03.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25001 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S.
