The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 121/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447/341/323/324/307/379/427/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have inflicted Gandasa blow on the head of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present case is counter blast of the Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 120/2018. It is further submitted that due to family dispute some mar-pit took place between the parties. Petitioner is the own brother of the informant and has got clean antecedent.
