The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 161 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 30, 30(a), 38(i(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and the petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 14.06.2020.
