This application is for extension of time for depositing the money in pursuance of order dated 20.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1889 of 2015.
The petitioner took Rs. 2,88,000/- for executing the sale deed to the complainant, but the sale deed was neither executed nor the petitioner returned the money. Thereafter, the complainant filed the case. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on his own undertaking to return the entire amount in two equal installments within two months vide order dated 20.05.2015. But the petitioner did not deposit the amount and filed petition for extension of time vide Cr. Misc. No. 30890 of 2015 that he did not deposit the amount on account of illness.

One Lakh to the Opposite Party No. 2 and on account of illness he could not be able to deposit the remaining amount. The period of depositing the remaining amount was extended on 08.07.2015, but again the petitioner filed this petition for extension of period for depositing the remaining amount. It appears that the petitioner is in habit of filing such petition, I do not feel inclined to extend any further time. Accordingly, the petition for modification is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.)
