IInd, Begusarai in Criminal Revision No.50 of 2007, by which they have refused to summon the Opposite Party No.8 to face trial under the provisions of Section 319 Cr.P.C.

Having gone through the impugned order, I find that it was for good reason that such a prayer was disallowed. Hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is
