The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No.223 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 302/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is said to be a member of the mob, but specific allegation is against Birendra Yadav and Binod Yadav and not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that other similarly situated co-accused have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail, vide Annexure-2.

No.16594 of 2018 (3) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No.223 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
