The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahesh Khunt P.S. Case No.165 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 342, 342, 504, 506 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner and others assaulted mercilessly four persons causing number of injuries to them, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same
