The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 8278 of 2009, which stood dismissed on 23-06-2015, due to non-prosecution.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the statement made in paragraph -2 of the petition, same is allowed.
