Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ishipur, Barahat P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from perusal of the impugned order that the statement of victim was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C, in which she specifically stated that it was petitioner, who kidnapped her and, therefore, I am of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Ishipur, Barahat. P.S.Case No. 113 of 2017, pending in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19604 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
