The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015 registered under Sections 365, 498-A 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that in course of investigation it transpired that the victim was killed by the petitioner and his brother who is husband of the victim and her dead body was hurriedly disposed of in order to conceal the evidence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
