The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):- "(a) To quash letter no. 16 dated 10.08.2007 issued by the Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Raj Jamuanwan (Resp. no.7) by which the appointment of petitioner on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra has been cancelled. A copy of letter dated 10.08.2007 is annexed as Annexure-1 to this application.

(b) To direct the respondents to reinstate the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19124 of 2015(2) dt.04-03-2024 2/2 petitioner on the post of Prakhand Shikshak in upgraded Middle School, Jamuawan w.e.f.

10.08.2007 as well as to pay the arrears of salary w.e.f. January 2006 on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra and since July 2006 on the post of Prakhanda Shikshak (Block teacher) with appropriate statutory interest.

And/or any other appropriate relief(s) as per facts and circumstances of the case."
