ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kauakole P.S.Case No.115/13 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has been brought in the present case as his father is a signatory witness in the F.I.R. lodged by one Sanju who lodged Kauakole P.S.Case No.133/12 under Section 376 of I.P.C. It is further submitted that there is enmity between both the families and for putting pressure upon the petitioner and other members of the family, the name of the petitioner has been brought in the present case. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-1V, Nawadah, in Kauakole P.S. Case No.115/13, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
