Mandal University, Madhepura as respondent no.6 to the present writ petition. Permission is granted. Let the same be done, during the course of the day.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file representation before the respondent no.6 and the respondent no.6 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.
