This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 667 of 2018 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 240 litre foreign liquor. Moreover, petitioner has 20 antecedent of similar nature and also the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2022.

Considering the fact that 20 cases is already pending against the petitioner under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,
