2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to pursue revision application.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.7625 of 2022(3) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 nonetheless, the issue raised before this Court has already been set at rest, however, if the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, they do not have any objection.

4. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.

5. Suffice it to observe that the matter was pending since 2022, while considering the application for condonation of delay, the factum of pendency of the case before this Court shall be taken into consideration.
