2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Barabar (Tourism) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS.
3. The allegation against petitioner is to commit murder of husband of informant along with other co-accused person/ male members of her family due to local dispute and differences.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the thrust of allegations qua assault is available against the male members of family i.e., Arun Manjhi, Anil Manjhi, Amrender Manjhi and Lalan Manjhi as petitioner is the wife of Anil Manjhi she was implicated with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33226 of 2025(2) dt.21-05-2025 2/2 present case. It is submitted that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and moreover, the allegation qua physical assault is appearing very much general and omnibus against her.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as prima-facie implication of petitioner appears being wife of Anil Manjhi, who is a lady of clean antecedent, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st class, Jehanabad /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Barabar (Tourism) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
