====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 353, 332, 224, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner and other F.I.R. named accused persons is that they helped escape the apprehended accused persons during the police raid and in the due course also hurt the police personnel and deterred them to discharge their duties.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is no specific allegation of overt act against petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, (i) Gulab Raja,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29765 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 (ii) Md. Murtuja, (iii) Sahnaz Begum have already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 70073 of 2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia in connection with Gurua P. S. Case No. 44 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
