Petitioner seeks bail in Dagarua P.S. Case No.251 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2018.

It is alleged that one country made pistol and one cartridge has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
