JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by her non-selection on the post of Anganwari Sevika of Anganwari Center Amdaha in the district of Munger and selection of respondent no.8 on the said post.

Under the guidelines dated 17.05.2013 issued by the State Government, if someone is aggrieved on account of nonselection or irregular/illegal selection on the post of Anganwari Sevika for any Anganwari Centre, then such person is required to file a complaint petition before the District Programme Officer of the concerned district and thereafter the District Programme Officer of the district is obliged to consider and decide the claims by a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned within a period of thirty days. Evidently, the petitioner has not approached the respondent District

Patna High Court CWJC No.7654 of 2014 (2) dt.23-01-2015 Programme Officer, Munger for redressal of her valid grievances. In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint petition before the District Programme Officer, Munger within a period of four weeks from today with a certified copy of the present order. If such a complaint petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner, then the respondent District Programme Officer, Munger shall be obliged to consider and decide the claims raised on behalf of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned, as expeditiously as possible, as provided in the aforesaid guidelines dated 17.05.2013.
