It appears that due to unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the time fixed by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30654 of 2016. However, since the petitioner is willing to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks, further time of four weeks is granted so as to enable him to surrender before the Court below. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within four weeks from today, the order dated 04.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30654 of 2016 shall stand revoked automatically.
