2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and she has no concerned with demand of motorcycle. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. However, learned court below is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner once the husband of the deceased surrenders before the learned court below. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
