The present application has been filed for cancellation of the bail of Nagendra Kumar Singh.

This is not a fit case for cancellation of the bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial court is not proceeding with the matter.

In that view of the matter, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
