2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complainant Case No. 87 of 2021 registered under Section 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Complainant submits that the Complainant was kicked out of her matrimonial house, after being assaulted by the petitioner, on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, which forced her to lodge a Complaint against the petitioner. However, the petitioner, to show his innocence, along with all his family member filed an informatory petition before the learned Chief

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to resolve the material dispute by amicable settlement and the matter be referred for mediation.

5. Mr. Utpal Kant, learned counsel has tendered his appearance on behalf of the Complainant and he too agreed that the Complainant is ready to live alongwith her husband and by way of indulgence, she also desires to settle the matrimonial dispute with the petitioner.

6. Considering the desire of the parties, the petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 shall appear before the District Mediation Center, Rohtas (Sasaram) on 16.12.2024 and, thereafter, the learned Mediator shall make his best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and submit his report within four months before the learned District Court.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
