That this writ application is being filed for issuance of nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 26.04.13 passed by District Magistrate, Banka whereby and whereunder the order of District Programme Officer, Banka dt. 23.05.12 has been affirmed by which terminated the appointment/selection of the petitioner for the post of the Anganbari Sevika, Anganbari Centre Purnadih, centre No. 106 of Panchayat Rajpur, Project Belhar and further quashing the order dt. 23.05.12 passed by District Programme Officer Banka by which
Patna High Court CWJC No.22159 of 2013(3) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 can cancel the appointment/selection of the petitioner in pursuance of the recommendation made by C.D.P.O., Belhar, on the inspection report of Mahila Supervisor without considering show cause and further give other legal consequential benefit attach to the post." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate revision petition, in case there is provision for the same under the Rules / scheme. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
