Heard the parties in virtual Court.

By order dated 27.03.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.18542 of 2019, the petitioner and other co-accused were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manua Pul) P.S.Case No.294 of 2018, however, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond.

Prayer is for extension of time to furnish bail bond. For substantial justice, prayer for modification is allowed and further six weeks time is granted to furnish the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25073 of 2020(2) dt.04-11-2020 2/2 bonds subject to condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 5,000/-(five thousands) in the Victim Compensation Fund. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
