2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
Patna High Court CWJC No.6416 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/3 (i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to liberate / release the land of Mauza Dhrubgama, Thana No.
57, Khata no. 1021, Khesara No. 2357 at Prakhand Kalyanpur, District Samastipur from Gairmajarua aam Land Type which belongs to petitioners purchased by the ancestor of petitioners through sale deed;
(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to construct the Panchayat Government Building of Panchayat Dhrubgama.
Prakhand Kalyanpur, District Samastipur on the ancestral land of Petitioners purchased through sale deed by the ancestor;
(iii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to not to disturb the petitioners on the land of Mauza Dhrubgama, Thana No. 57, Khata no.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6416 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 3/3 1021, Khesara No. 2357 at Prakhand Kalyanpur, District Samastipur which belongs to petitioners, purchased by the ancestor of petitioners through sale deed;
(iv) to grant any other order relief / reliefs to which the Petitioners may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the respondent no.03, the Collector, Samastipur disposes of his representation.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the said stand of the petitioner.
5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.03, the Collector, Samastipur with fresh representation in next four weeks who shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion after hearing of the parties at an earliest.
