This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Benibad P.S. Case No.11 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8, 20(b)(ii)B of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The recovery is of 12.6 Kgs. of ganja from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2025. 4.

Considering the huge quantity of illicit ganja, which is alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
