The present application has been filed for quashing of order dated 17.02.2016 passed by learned A.C.J.M.-I, Ara in connection with Tr. No. 585/16 arising out of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe P.S. Case No. 14/2014 registered for an offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act whereby and whereunder cognizance has been taken for an offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39018 of 2016(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to raise their defence at the time of framing of charge.

Permission is accorded.
