The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 521 of 2015, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of informant, Santosh Kumar, is that on 10.12.2015 in the morning, a boy working in the tea shop reached at the Guardroom for taking the key to Krishna Ram, father of the informant then he found that guardroom was opened and father of the informant was lying dead. Thereafter, boy of tea shop raised alarm then tea shopkeeper informed to the informant about the death of his father. The

informant along with his mother and brother reached there and found his father dead. The informant raised suspicion against the petitioner having hand in the murder of his father, as before some days his father was threatened by the petitioner, who was doing the job as guard in the same company. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except suspicion nothing has been collected by the Investigating Officer against the petitioner in course of investigation, which would appear from the case diary, which is up to paragraph 250.

Learned counsel for the State while opposed the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner, but submitted that witnesses have stated only to the effect that there was dispute in between the petitioner and the father of the informant, who were working as Guard.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case

No. 521 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
