The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 332, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that that he informant was on day duty on 17.10.2015 with his police officers and when the informant reached near Satmuhma Pool at Parwalpur at about 11.00 A.M. in the meantime, the petitioner came on the place of occurrence with his motorcycle and when the informant indicate the petitioner to stop, thereafter the petitioner abuse and threatened to the informant and also assaulted the informant with iron rod and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57743 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2016 informant fell down and the motorcycle in question was seized by the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is admitted enmity between the parties. The injury is said to be superficial in nature. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Jitendra Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Hilsa (Nalanda), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
