Heard.

There is allegation against the petitioner that he opened fire, causing injury to the informant and originally, the present case was lodged under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act but the police after due investigation, submitted charge sheet for the offences punisjhable under Sections-147, 149, 323, 337, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code i.e. for bailable offences and therefore, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this petition filed in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2013 stands disposed off being not maintainable.
