JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2023 This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 24.09.2010 passed by learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, District- Nalanda at Biharshariff in Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 466 of 2009, by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 435, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no instructions in the matter. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
