Since the petitioner does not come within the parameters notified by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Government of Bihar, Patna, dated 16.03.2006, contained in Annexure-A to the counter affidavit, this Court is not willing to dilute the parameters, so provided for in favour of the petitioner. If he does not fulfill the requirements, he does not fulfill it. Nothing more can be done in this regard.
Writ application is dismissed.
