It appears that prior to the disposal of the writ application on 19.02.2016 the petitioner had already filed an interlocutory application being I.A. No.1321 of 2016. No order could be passed on the said interlocutory application on the date when the writ application was disposed of as it was not pointed out.

It appears that I.A. No.1321 of 2016 has been filed by the petitioner for substitution of the legal representatives of the deceased sole plaintiff-petitioner. According to this application, the said Debu Das, the sole petitioner died leaving behind only one legal representative i.e. son Shankar Das, who is respondent no.16 in the writ application itself. Accordingly, this interlocutory application is allowed and the said Shankar Das is substituted in place of the deceased and it will be deemed that this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.7599 of 2014 (4) dt.27-04-2016 application was heard and disposed of on behalf of the said Shankar Das.
