JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that 38 liters of country made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery is from the joint family house though the petitioner is accused in three other cases of similar nature. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with G.O. Case No. 436 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54536 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Nawada. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
