2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 188, 341, 504, 323, 337, 338, 427, 333, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, the accused persons including the petitioners started pelting stones on the police team, injured the informant as well as his team members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners is innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. He submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34650 of 2023(3) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 petitioners are the member of mob. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail submits that the petitioners along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and his police team and the injury found upon the injured is grievous in nature.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Chapokhari P.S. Case No. 86 of 2021.
