No. 762 of 2024, dated 28th March, 2025, whereby and whereunder the criminal writ petition was dismissed for default.

2. The application for restoration of the petitioner is filed within the statutory period of limitation on 19th April, 2025.

3. On perusal of the application, I find that the petitioner was sufficiently prevented from appearing before this Court on the date on which the criminal writ petition was dismissed for default.

4. Accordingly, the application for restoration is allowed.
