2. In view of the notification, dated 04.01.2024, bearing Memo No. 11, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority before the Regional Deputy Director Education

Patna High Court CWJC No.18419 of 2015(5) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 within a period of one month from today.

3. If such an appeal is filed, the Regional Deputy Director Education shall be obliged to consider the same in accordance with law.
