21.01.2015 The Petitioner seeks a direction to the authorities of Bihar School Examination Board for making correction in the name of his father in the Official Records. It is submitted that his father's name is Hriday Narayan Singh whereas his father's name has been mentioned as Har Narayan Singh in the Official Records. Counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna submits that they will look into the matter if the Petitioner is in a position to produce authentic documents with regard to the name of his father. The Petitioner is directed to file the representation within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order annexing relevant documents before the Bihar School Examination Board and thereafter it shall
