====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board and learned counsel appearing for respondents-State.

2. With the consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. The petitioner in the present writ application has

2/4 prayed for the grant of following reliefs:

"For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to give approval of the appointment to the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher in Sang Darshan Sanskrit High School Bhori, Gaya and further for a direction to the respondents authorities to make payment of salary to the petitioner from the date of appointment/approval to the petitioner for which the petitioner is entitled under the law. And/Or pass such other order/orders as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice to the petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the aforesaid relief, the petitioner is prepared to file a representation before the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Bihar, Patna. He further prays that an appropriate direction be issued to the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Bihar, Patna to dispose of his representation within a fixed time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Bihar, Patna and respondents-State do not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Secretary, the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Bihar, Patna within two weeks from today. If such a representation is received by the Secretary of Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Bihar, Patna within the stipulated time, the same shall be disposed of within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

7. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Bihar, Patna should be a reasoned and speaking order. It is further made clear that in case the petitioner is found entitled to the relief, which the petitioner would be claiming through the representation, the same should be extended to the petitioner within one month from the date of passing of the final order by the Secretary of Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Bihar, Patna .

8. With the aforesaid observation, direction and liberty as granted, the present writ application stands disposed of. All pending I.As, if any will be deemed to have been disposed of.
