21.01.2015 No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner.

The Petitioner is aggrieved with the order dated 10.10.2002 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Kaimur by which three annual increments have been stopped as also his prayer was for payment of subsistence allowance of part of period of suspension.

The records of the Writ Application reveals that the order was passed after due consideration and there is absolutely no scope of any review of the same. Further, the explanation for non-payment of subsistence allowance is also favourably explained by the State in Paragraph 8 of the Counter-Affidavit.

In view of such, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
