The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case no.514 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute and as a matter of fact she received injury on the head as she struck with the iron rod and there was no intention of the petitioner to kill the informant.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there are grievous injuries. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
