JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner got employed as ANM on the basis of forged nursing certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after working for several years, the accusation has been levelled and the petitioner has been disengaged.

Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55953 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 14 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
