Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 429, 323, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting of the cattle of the informant causing their death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that they have falsely been implicated in this case, as occurrence took place in the night and there is no source of identification, as such the whole case is false and concocted.

Heard learned APP also who has opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20684 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court.
