2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Koran Sarai P.S. Case No. 136/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342/354(B)/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have tried to commit rape with the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 29.02.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. After investigation, the police exonerated the petitioner. The cognizance was taken by the learned Court below after differing with the final form.

6. Considering the above, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail,
