JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 RP(UP) Act. Allegedly, 30 meter cable wire was recovered from joint possession of petitioner and co-accused Jitendra Dom. Coaccused Jitendra Dom has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 06.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13913 of 2019. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
